The Sports Performance Program (SPP) is designed to help you reach your individual sporting and lifestyle goals. Our personalised programs are tailored to your needs, based off of your initial performance testing and are designed to help you build strength, speed, endurance, and agility while reducing the risk of injury. ​

All of your sessions are run by a highly experienced coach that aims to provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, so you can reach your personal best.

My Passion for Sports Performance and Health dates back to my younger years where I was fortunate enough to grow up playing and competing in multiple sports from local up to state leagues. Sport has given me many things over the years, most importantly a sense of community and now, I get to share my love of sport by helping others achieve their ultimate sporting goals - no matter your level or ability.
