SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The Sports Performance Program (SPP) is designed to help you reach your individual sporting and lifestyle goals. Our personalised programs are tailored to your needs, based off of your initial performance testing and are designed to help you build strength, speed, endurance, and agility while reducing the risk of injury.
All of your sessions are run by a highly experienced coach that aims to provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, so you can reach your personal best.
You will have 19 session times per week to chose from, so you can fit your training to suit your life. Check out our time table here.
I started working with Beth over 10 months ago in an off season field athlete program, and have continued to work with her 2-4 times a week since. During this time, not only has the programming been enjoyable, delivered results, helped to rehab existing injuries, and help me reach personal bests in various gym and on field movements, Beth has also made a point to understand me as a player, individualise my workouts and help me perform at my best. My confidence in the gym has increased massively and I continue to see improvements. I highly recommend this program and Beth’s S&C coaching!

My Passion for Sports Performance and Health dates back to my younger years where I was fortunate enough to grow up playing and competing in multiple sports from local up to state leagues. Sport has given me many things over the years, most importantly a sense of community and now, I get to share my love of sport by helping others achieve their ultimate sporting goals - no matter your level or ability.
